Cologne OFF – Cologne Online Film Festival
is a New Media art festival organised online, as well as offline. The difference to conventional film festivals is that Cologne OFF is a curated online space which is displaying the festival editions for permanent online, and, this is most important it has no physical festival location, but is a mobile festival. Its screenings are presented in cooperation at most diferent places around the globe.
 

Cologne OFF I (edition I)
was launched on 11 April 2006 online and incorporates 40 videos and digital short film on the theme “identityscapes“.
